DIY Tutorial: Honestly WTF
I'm obsessed with anything to do with collars.. I found this DIY a bit ago, when I made the white one. I made the black one tonight, and I decided to try it without the hole punch. I'm kind of leaning towards liking the black one the best. Haha. But I still love them both! If you haven't seen this tutorial, you should! And try it, too. It was super easy..
