Dress: Target // Shoes: Forever 21

Here is outfit #2 from Blackbird Photography & Design!

Yes, my hair is currently 3 different colors. I dyed it a teal/green a few weeks ago with semi-permanent hair dye! It was fun while it lasted. Now my dyed over bleached blonde is starting to show through on my ends. We'll see what I decide to do with my hair next! Haha.
