What a wonderful country to live in! A country where we can vote for our leaders. I am very proud to be an American.. My husband and I went to the Salt Lake GOP Election party on Tuesday. The highlight of my night was that I got to meet congressman Jason Chaffetz! I've always been a big fan of his, so it was great to meet him.

Ah, you guys.. This Halloween weekend/week has been so busy. But such a blast! Halloween is my favorite holiday, so I make sure I constantly have activities planned. Haha. Sorry the pictures aren't the best quality! These were taken with my phone. I'm still trying to find the cord for my camera.. I should find it soon though! Anyway, I'm in love with how these shorts turned out! They were just a pair of old jeans that I hardly wore, then I got the idea of scalloped shorts! I've always thought they were a super cute idea.. I just traced the bottom of a bottle that I had lying around, then cut! Hope you guys like them, too.
