Red Polish: Sinful Colors - Cross my Heart
Gold Polish: Sinful Colors - Paris
Nail Tape: eBay
Abraham Lincoln Shirt: Scatterbrain Tees

New nails! This was my very first time trying out nail tape.. I think I probably should have bought a wider kind, but it still worked! To be honest though, I'm actually not too happy of how the striped nail turned out. So I only did it on one hand. Haha.

I know this isn't the best quality photo. But on my trip I lost my camera cord, so I can't take my pictures off. I always seem to have camera issues!

Anyway, happy Thursday!

50 followers giveaway!

July 21, 2012

Yay! I've now officially reached 50 followers! And I want to thank you guys by having my very first giveaway.. I'm so excited! The items that are being given away are two Zoya nail polishes. I've made a previous post about their vegan polish, here. I purchased these two colors because I felt they worked so well together. And, they're super summery! The two colors are Elodie and Tracie. Tracie is the mint-ish green color, the Elodie is the coral-ish color. I hope you guys love them as well!

Rules for the entry:
• Follow this Blog (+1)
• Like ImprimĂ© LĂ©opard's Facebook page (+1)
• Follow @fredrongo on Twitter (+1)
* Tweet about the Giveaway (+5)

(The bold is mandatory)

There will be ONE winner, and you must enter here: on my Facebook Page. The giveaway will officially close at Midnight on August 4th! Then the winner will be announced a few days after. If winner does not reply within three days the prize will be passed to another person. You don't need to enter ALL of the methods to be in with a chance to win the giveaway, the only mandatory is to be a follower of this blog. I chose to give more entries to anyone who tweets because I feel it's more promotional, therefore you should have a better chance of winning than someone who doesn't, right? And I do apologize, because this is only for US only. I still haven't figured out the whole International shipping (I'm so sorry). The only downfall to Rafflecopter not working on WordPress, is you have to have a Facebook account in order to enter this way. So, if you don't have a Facebook account, e-mail me what entries you've done, (along with your name/Twitter username/e-mail/Blog) and I can manually enter you into Rafflecopter. If you have any questions, let me know!

Thanks so much to all of my lovely followers! Good luck!

P.S. As time goes on, I'll step it up with the giveaways. :)

nails, again!

June 30, 2012

I guess I get easily bored of my nails.. It hasn't even been a week since I last painted them! I just couldn't wait to try out my new Nailene kit..

I also ordered some new nail polish off of Copious. I've never heard of the site until I saw it on another Blogger's post.. I didn't believe it at first, I thought it was a scam. But it's totally legit! Sign up here and you'll get a $10 credit. The only catch is, you have to spend $0.01 of your own money.. New nail polish for 1 cent? Not going to argue with that! So I definitely recommend it.. Sign up!

The nail polish I ordered was from Zoya.. They're known for being a vegan friendly polish. Which I thought was pretty nice.. The whole story of how the company started was interesting. The woman who started it was originally a classical pianist in Russia! Love it.. Read about it here! They have tons, and tons of colors. If you get a chance, go check them out..

Conveniently, I put on my nails the night before my polish came in the mail. I was happy I was able to try them both out at the same time.. When I first put the nails on, it completely looked natural! Take a look at the first image.. I loved them. Then, the polish was super easy to apply, and it coated nicely. I was super happy with the outcome! They look and feel great, it looks like they were done professionally!

Let me know what you guys think! Hope your weekend is going well. :)

(For some reason, my pictures make it look like the polish is a greyish-brown color, but it's more of a lavender color.)

And we're back!

Goblin Valley was such a blast. The temperature was around 100°! But, the winds were about 25 MPH.. So it only felt about 85°, which was super nice! We hiked through the goblins in the morning, then hiked through the narrows in Little Wild Horse Canyon. It's so beautiful, I just love the redrocks. I definitely recommend it! The funny thing is, I borrowed my brother's camera for the trip so I could make sure and post some photos.. Well, it died as we were leaving to go home, then when I went to charge it, my brother said he lost the charger! Of all the things that could happen! So, again, going to have to wait on the photo update.. Of course.

Moving on, I just purchased these two nail polishes. Sinful Colors is not an extremely notable brand, they're very inexpensive. Only $2, not bad! I actually prefer this brand over any other brand.. They have so many colors! It's great.

I decided to try the Mint Apple as my base coat, then add Frenzy on top. The colors worked really well together.. Then of course, I added a clear top coat to seal everything, and hopefully make them last longer! On a side note, I also just ordered Nailene Full Cover Nails Kit (Petite Square) - petite because my nail beds are so short! - from eBay. I'm really excited to try these out.. They cost me about $9, and I've only heard good things about them. $9 beats $40 at a nail salon! They sold out of the one's I bought, but they still have some around $10.. I'll be sure to make a post about them when I get them in the mail..

Happy Sunday!
